Comco’s preventive maintenance program is a scheduled-inspection service for pneumatic tube, drive-thru, and security equipment. Technicians inspect, clean, calibrate, and replace wear parts on a regular cadence to reduce unplanned downtime.
What's Included in a PM Visit
Inspection of all mechanical and electronic components. Calibration of operating parameters. Replacement of consumable parts. Cleaning of carrier paths and operator interfaces. Test cycling to verify operation. Written report with findings and any flagged conditions.
How Often
Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual programs are available depending on the equipment, the use environment, and the operating volume. Comco’s service team helps customers choose the right cadence during contract setup.
